Flaxmere Night Markets - General terms and conditions

1. Only receipts from participating Flaxmere Village Shopping Centre outlets can be used as entries into the Flaxmere Night Market competitions, including the Voucher Grab and Grocery Grab competitions.

2. To enter, write your name and home address on the receipt and place it into the dedicated entry box at a participating Flaxmere Village Shopping Centre outlet.

3. Entries into the competitions can be lodged anytime over the month preceding a Flaxmere Night Market, until 6pm on the night of the market. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be lodged.

4. Winners will be decided by ballot. The judges’ decisions will be final with no correspondence entered into.

5. Winners must be at the market during the draws to claim their prize. If the first winner is not at the market a second draw will occur, and so on.

6. To claim a prize the winner must provide the name and address details as stated on the entry receipt.

7. Spot prizes and voucher grab prizes are at the discretion of the Flaxmere Night Market organisers (Flaxmere Retailers Association and their event management contractors) and may be changed without prior notification.

8. The winners of all prizes agree to their image (in photographs and video) being used in media and for marketing purposes.

9. Grocery Grab-specific terms and conditions

10. Terms and conditions for the Grocery Grab prizes include the ‘General terms and conditions’ (as above).

11. One Grocery Grab prize will be offered per night market.

12. The Grocery Grab prize can only be redeemed at New World Flaxmere on the night of the market.

13. The winner of the Grocery Grab prize will be provided with a New World Flaxmere trolley in which to collect groceries within New World Flaxmere over 90-seconds.

14. The prize is limited to a retail value of $400.

15. The items legitimately gathered during the Grocery Grab (to the retail value of $400) will be provided to the winner at no cost to the winner.

16. New World Flaxmere reserves the right to limit or exclude certain aisles and/or products. Those exclusions will include (but are not limited to) alcohol and tobacco products.

17. Winners of the Grocery Grab prize agree to obey all directions of the Grocery Grab management team during the Grocery Grab, including (but not limited to) all health and safety directions.
