Register a Stall

Please complete the form below and click the SUBMIT button to register a stall at the 2014 Flaxmere Family Festival.

 

STALL DETAILS

  • Date - Saturday 22nd February 2014

  • Venue - Flaxmere Park (limited entry from Henderson Rd)

  • Time - 10am-3pm (stalls required to be operational by 9.30am, access from 7.30am)

  • STALL SIZE

    • SINGLE - 3.5m x 3.5m (single pricing code)

    • EXPANDED - 7.0m x 3.5m (1.5 pricing code)

  • PRICING CODE

    • N1 - Not for salestall, NGO / community group N1 $50 

    • N2 - Not for sale stall, govt. agency / commercial group N2 $80

    • S1 - For sale stall, community group S1 $60

    • S2 - For sale stall, Commercial Group S2 $100

    • Example 1 - single stall site, government agency, promoting services = $80

    • Example 2 - expanded stall site, community group, selling donuts = $90

  • Power - Available at $20 per site (strict conditions apply - stalls supply their own extension leads)

  • Payment - All fees payable by 5pm, Friday 21st February (invoices will be emailed Friday 7th February)

  • Licences -  All food stalls require to have a valid and current food stall vendors license or exemption confirmation from the HDC.
